Baking Parchment – FAQs

Our baking parchment is heat-resistant up to 220°C, making it suitable for most baking applications including biscuits, cakes, pastries, and bread. It should not be used under a grill or at temperatures exceeding 220°C.

Baking parchment can often be reused for a few bakes if it remains intact and clean. However, for food safety and best results in a commercial kitchen, we recommend using a fresh sheet for each batch.
