While we do not offer online tracking, you can contact our customer service team for the latest updates on your delivery. We’re happy to provide you with the status of your order.

  • We currently deliver to the UK mainland only. We do not offer international shipping currently.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Returns & Refunds

At L-pack by Lesta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, our returns process is straightforward and hassle-free. Below, you’ll find all the information you need to return an item and request a refund or exchange.

How To Return An Item

  • Contact Our Sales Team

    Please provide your order number & a brief explanation of the reason for return.

  • Receive Return Authorisation

    Once you’ve contacted us, our sales team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to return your items.

    Please do not return items without first obtaining authorisation, as this may delay the processing of your return.

  • Prepare Your Return

    Ensure that the items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

    Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return, and securely package the items to prevent damage during transit.

  • Send Your Return

    Ship the return to the address provided by our sales team.
    We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
    unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you would prefer to exchange an item, please let our sales team know when you contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty item, please contact our sales team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the cost of return postage.

Please note that certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or if they were custom-made to your specifications. Our sales team will inform you if this applies to your order.
