Disappointing

Dear L-Pack Customer Service Team,

I am writing to formally about the unacceptable handling of my order L-PACK5180, which was placed on 22nd May 2026.

The tracking status remained “on its way” for an extended period. After I contacted your customer service team 10 days later, I was informed that the package had been misplaced and that delivery would be arranged soon.

When the courier finally arrived on Wednesday, the order was delivered in a damaged condition. The bottles were broken and leaking onto my floor, making the delivery completely unusable.

I contacted customer service again on the same day and was told that a replacement delivery would be arranged the following day. However, as of 24th June 2026, I have still received no replacement, no proper update, and no communication from your company regarding the delay.

When I contacted your team again today, I was given another explanation and was simply told that the order would be cancelled and refunded. Throughout this entire process, there has been no apology or proper acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused.

This level of service is extremely disappointing. I have experienced:

A significantly delayed delivery
A damaged and leaking package
Repeated delays and incorrect promises
Poor communication and lack of accountability

I request that you process my refund immediately and provide written confirmation of the cancellation and refund timeline. I also expect an explanation for why this matter was handled so poorly.

I hope you will take this seriously and improve your customer service processes to prevent other customers from facing the same experience.

Perfect for coffee lovers. Can't recommend it enough.
