Account Management

Creating an account with L-Pack by Lesta gives you access to bespoke pricing based on your order history and frequency. You can also pay on account, subject to credit approval, and receive special offers tailored to the products you frequently purchase. Additionally, your account allows you to view
your previous order history and download copy invoices, statements, and credit notes.

Yes, customers with an account will see bespoke pricing based on their spend history. The more you order and the more regularly you shop with us, the better the prices you’ll receive. Guest users will only see
standard pricing.

If you forget your password, simply click on the "Forgotten password?" link on the login page. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Ordering

To
place an order, simply browse our product selection, add your desired items to the basket, and proceed to checkout. You can either log in to your account or continue as a guest.

Yes, our website clearly indicates the quantity thresholds for bulk discounts. The more you order, the more you save.

If an item is out of stock, you can choose to be notified when it’s back in stock. You can also place a back order where available, which reserves the product for you as soon as it becomes available. Additionally, we’ll suggest alternative products that are currently in stock.

Postage & Delivery

We offer free delivery on orders over £250. You can choose between next-day delivery or standard delivery, which typically takes 3 working days. We also offer a collection option from our Distribution Centre in Leicester.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Currently, we only ship within the UK. For international enquiries, please contact our customer service team.

Returns & Refunds

To return an item, please contact our sales team who will assist you with the process.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
